Leaving gift for colleague

Make their farewell unforgettable

Saying goodbye to a colleague doesn’t have to be sad—it can be a chance to celebrate. A meaningful farewell message, combined with a unique goodbye gift, creates a send-off they’ll always remember. From heartfelt wishes to lighthearted jokes, your words and gift will make their next career step extra special.

What to write in a farewell message for a colleague

Finding the right words can be tricky. Here are some ideas for farewell messages and goodbye notes:

• Share memories or inside jokes from your time as teammates.
• Write a warm wish for good luck in their new job and future career.
• Add a playful or sarcastic line about them “betraying the team” by leaving.
• Keep it short and sweet for a farewell card, or longer and personal for a speech or email.
